The exercise outdoors produces increase in the autoesteem and a great improvement of the state of mind, in full nature beside breathing pure air and enjoying the sights, certain sensation of freedom is reached reducing the anxiety for the mental health these are the positive effects of remaining in opened spaces, being in touch with the nature and enjoying the sunbeams.
